Fatima poses outdoors in tight dungaree shorts and halter top- a few leg poses but mostly upper body. The 46 year old was sort of in off season shape at 5'4" and 150 pounds, but with good definition and very voluptuous muscle shapes, and huge arms (15 1/2 ") for her size.
